They then go hard into Deadpool 3 rumors, looking at potential casting and a few story rumors. They finish up with homework (including American Made, BS High, The Thing, Evil Dead Rises, The Mist, Totally Killer, The Fall, and Underwater Welder) and some of the movies they need to see from 2023.

A big Star Wars episode this week. Matt and Jay catch up and talk a little St. Louis sports. They then jump into Ahsoka, reviewing the series and where it fits into Star Wars going forward. They break down Thrawn's appearances and look at him as the big bad of the Star Wars universe for now. They also look at where Star Wars goes after this period. The finish the episode with some homework, including Red State, Trainspotting, Reptile, Halloween movies, All Star Superman, and Black Hammer.

Another week, another new episode. Matt runs down the latest car troubles before we get to the main topics. We touch on the celebrities at local high school sports, the new Blink-182 video, and Keanu Reeves before hitting the real topics. We break down the resolution to screenwriters strike (hat tip Marc Bernardin) and the new video game strike by SAG. We move to DC comics, talking about Jim Lee, more on the Superpowered: The DC Story documentary, the newly announced prequel to Kingdom Come, and delays on the Gunn-verse. They finish on homework, including The Machine, Raising Arizona, Pump Up The Volume, Royal City, BRZRKR, Tank Girl, and more.

We are back. Matt and Jay catch up, then hop into Scott Snyder's Batman run, looking at it as a whole and in smaller pieces to determine if this is one of the best Batman runs we've seen and one of the best runs in comics overall. They touch on Superpowered: The DC Story on Max, DC TV shows, and the Punisher. They then go to a galaxy far, far away to discuss the first 5 episodes of Ahsoka, the possibilities of retconning the sequel trilogy, and the Bad Batch. They finish with homework, including Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, The Prestige, Baby Driver, Bachelors, Essex County, and Batman: Damned.

Matt and Jay return; after catching up, they dig into some Star Wars. But first they start with the Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom trailer, the troubles with Disney right now, and the disappointing box office returns of 2023. They shift to Star Wars with the news that Lando will be a movie, early thoughts on Ahsoka, the need to understand Star Wars with secondary media (books, cartoons, video games), and the convoluted timeline. They finish with homework, including Champions, Our Friend, The Evil Dead, I Am Groot, Sinister, Faithless, Batman and Robin, and All Of The Marvels.

They take a deep dive into the Flash since Matt has watched it and Jay re-watched. They jump to wrestling and discuss the death of Bray Wyatt and the current drama in AEW. Right after the Flash came out in theaters, Jay recorded an episode with Madelyn on the movie; since the movie is now out on MAX, here's the episode. They go pretty hard into spoiler territory. After a few weeks off, Matt and Jay return. They catch up, discuss the recent Zane Lamprey and Fall Out Boy shows Jay went to. They discuss the new Superman castings, then get pretty in depth into the Hollywood Writer's strike, going into AI and the future of movie theaters. They go over a little homework, including Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Bear, Kanye West Owes Me $300, and some comic books.
